What we collect and why

Gameplay and device information

To see how our games are played and to fix problems, our games send gameplay events to GameAnalytics: when a level starts, is completed or is lost and how long it took, when an ad is shown, and when a purchase is made. Each event also carries:

Advertising

Our games show ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may use the device's advertising identifier, the IP address, device information and your interactions with ads to show, measure and improve ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. If you do not agree, you see ads that are not personalised. You can change your answer at any time under Privacy Settings in the game's settings.

Measuring our ads

To learn which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring players, our games use Meta's SDK. It tells Meta when the game is installed and opened, which levels you complete, the value of the ads you are shown and the purchases you make, together with the random player id and basic device information. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ad campaigns.

The device's advertising identifier is shared with Meta only where ad tracking is allowed: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland only if you agree to personalised ads in the consent form, and elsewhere unless you have deleted or reset it in your device's settings.

Purchases

Google Play and the App Store handle every purchase, and we never see your payment details. We receive a record of the purchase (the product, the order number and the store's receipt) to deliver what you bought and to check that the purchase is real.

A random player id

The game makes up a random id the first time it starts. It is not linked to your name or to any account. It lets us tell one player's play apart in our analytics and find it again when you write to support. It goes to GameAnalytics and Meta with the events above.

It is kept on your device. On Android it is also kept in Google Block Store, and on iPhone in the device's Keychain, so that the same id comes back if you reinstall the game on the same device. It is not backed up to the cloud.

Support emails

If you tap Support, your mail app opens a message with your player id, the game's version, your device model and your recent purchases already filled in. Nothing is sent unless you send it. If you do, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to answer you.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or anything from the microphone or camera. Our games have no accounts.

Children

Our games are made for players aged 13 and over. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Who else receives data

These companies may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Your choices and rights

How long we keep data

GameAnalytics and Meta keep the data they receive under their own retention rules. We keep support emails only as long as we need them to answer you, and we delete the data linked to a player id when you ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
